Dixie Narco Model 800 Cooling Unit — Complete Refrigeration Deck
Complete slide-in refrigeration deck for Dixie Narco three-deep stack soda machines. Includes the compressor, self-cleaning condenser, condenser fan, evaporator, as one sealed unit.
This is not the Model 300 or 400. Those fit two-deep machines. The 800 is the three-deep / E-series deck.
Fits / used on:
- Dixie Narco machines that load 12 oz cans three deep, end to end
- Common fit: 276E, 501, 501E, 501T, 522, 600, and similar E / T / flex-pak cabinets that use a Model 800 deck
- Later 1203 decks are often listed as replacements for 800-T on the same three-deep cabinets. Match the tag and evaporator length on the unit you are removing.
- Standard 20" long evaporator coil
What it is: A rebuilt cooling deck, charged, with R-134a refrigerant, sealed, and ready to install with basic hand tools. Domestic units are typically 115V.
Common reason to replace: Warm product, compressor clicks or will not stay running, partially iced evaporator after fan and airflow checks, leak or low charge, or a failed compressor or condenser fan.
Install notes:
- Disconnect power first.
- Unplug the deck. It hooks on a tab in the base of the cabinet and slides out.
- Match evaporator length before you install.
- Reconnect power and confirm the condenser fan runs.
- Keep the copper lines clear of fan blades.
- Return the core in the original packaging. A damaged or incomplete core can forfeit the deposit.
Direct replacement for a three-deep Dixie Narco 276E, 501, or 600 that already has a Model 800 or 1203 deck.
