We understand that reliable payment acceptance is the cornerstone of effective sales automation. That’s why every bill validator and coin changer we offer is thoroughly cleaned, rebuilt, and calibrated to manufacturers’ specifications. We sell and service most major brands and models, including MEI, Mars, Coinco, Conlux, Ardac, and JCM.
Our compressor decks are rebuilt in-house by certified refrigeration technicians using state-of-the-art equipment that fully complies with EPA and AQMD environmental requirements. We use HFC R-134A refrigerant, and all work meets or exceeds industry standards.

Not necessarily. It usually just means that the coin change his low on coins (specially nickels). If the changer can’t give correct change, it will disable the bill validator. Once the coin change his refilled with coins the bill validator will be reenabled and will start taking bills again.
Yes there is an issue with the bill validator, send it to us to repair / rebuild
Not necessarily. It could just be debris (pocket lint etc.) in the coin path. Try cleaning the coin path. If this happens in a single price machine it usually means there is a jammed can in one of the columns. All vend motors must be in home position for the single price machine to accept coins or bills. Could also be a bad or sticky vend motor switch
It’s okay, a coin changer does not have to be connected to a bill validator, it just gives you that option. The coin changer will work as it should with or without a bill validator connected
Refrigeration
If it is completely iced up then no it is not low on refrigerant. Most likely bad thermostat or bad evaporator fan.
Yes it is low on refrigerant and most likely has a leak that needs to be repaired. Refrigerant never wears out or goes bad.
Yes we are happy to rebuild your refrigeration unit. However price wise it usually only makes sense cost wise if it is something we don’t have available.
Yes, they are charged with refrigerant and are sealed.
Take pictures of the box (including the shipping label) as well as the damage to the refrigeration unit, and send them to us. Test the unit to see if it gets cold.
No, if the refrigeration unit is still in the box, it will run if you plug it in but it will not get cold. These units do not create the cold, they work by absorbing heat (evaporator) from one area and dispersing that heat (condenser) in a different unconnected area. If it is still in the box it is all in the same area and the refrigeration cycle is interrupted.
