Coinco BA30B Stacker Board — Bill Validator Stacker Sensor / Control PCB
Replacement stacker board for Coinco BA30B, Mag50B (and compatible BA30, Mag, and Mag Pro series) bill validators. This is the small chassis-mounted circuit board that works with the stacker home sensor and stacker motor. When a validated bill reaches the stack position, the stacker motor drives the pusher plate and this board helps the unit confirm home position and complete the stack cycle.

Common reason to replace: Flash code 6 — Stacker Motor / Home Sensor. Typical symptoms include the stacker continuously cycling, bills accepted but not stacked, unit going out of service after a bill, or the stacker hanging mid-cycle.
What it is: OEM-style stacker board (not the main logic board). Mounts to the chassis with a #1 Phillips screw. Encoder sensor is a separate part on the transport motor gearbox; this listing is for the stacker board itself.
Installation notes:
- Disconnect power first.
- Remove bill box, then chassis as needed per Coinco service manual.
- Free the encoder sensor from the transport motor gearcase, remove the Phillips screw holding the stacker board, and swap the board.
- Seat connectors fully; do not force the board—slight clearance is needed for the mounting screw.
- After install, power up and confirm the stacker cycles on startup.
Condition / listing notes: Used / pulled from a working or serviceable BA30B. Bill box switch and leads have been removed per Coinco service bulletin.
