Vending Works Return Policy

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase [for any reason], we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for a refund, an exchange, or store credit.

To make a return:

• Items must be unused
  
• Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
  

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. 

To return a product, send the product back to:

Vending Works, 2932 Smoke Tree Rd. Phelan, CA 92371

 along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, along with a restocking fee of 10%.
